Valley Millwrights Services

OUR SERVICES

We Provide the Services You Need to Keep Running

Reduce downtime, extend equipment life, and improve reliability with Valley Millwrights Services' predictive maintenance solutions. Our advanced condition monitoring programs help identify developing issues before they become costly failures, allowing you to schedule maintenance proactively and maximize operational efficiency.

Predictive Maintenance

Vibration analysis is the process of measuring and monitoring the oscillatory motions of machinery to detect mechanical defects. It is a core component of predictive maintenance, allowing technicians to identify faults—like unbalance, misalignment, looseness, and bearing wear—early, preventing costly unplanned downtime.

Vibration Analysis

Infrared thermography is a non-destructive, non-contact technique that uses specialized thermal cameras to detect infrared radiation (heat) emitted by objects. It converts these invisible heat signatures into visible images called thermograms, mapping out temperature variations to identify hidden problems, friction, or energy loss.

Infrared Thermography

Oil analysis is a diagnostic testing process used to evaluate the condition of lubricating oil and the internal health of the equipment it services. It is often compared to a "blood test" for engines or industrial machinery, revealing issues like component wear, fluid degradation, and contamination (e.g., fuel, water, or dirt) without having to dismantle the machine.

Oil Analysis

Mechanical Ultrasonic Testing (Bearing Analysis) and Compressed Air Leak Detection are predictive maintenance techniques that use specialized acoustic devices to "listen" for high-frequency sounds (above 20 kHz) that are completely inaudible to human ears. These technologies allow inspectors to troubleshoot machinery and pneumatic systems without disrupting plant operations.

UE Testing

PdMA motor testing (Predictive Maintenance Assessment) is a diagnostic method used to evaluate the electrical and mechanical health of electric motors. Using specialized equipment like the industry-standard PdMA MCEMAX, it analyzes key fault zones—including windings, power quality, and rotor condition—to detect developing issues before unexpected failures occur.
